Fantastic product! It locks in moisture very well, feels great, smells great. Lasts for hours and I use the excess on my little dry spots (nose, cuticles, etc) and it just feels like a “worth it” product because it’s so versatile but still a little more fun/luxe feeling than a classic tub of Vaseline or bag balm. Feels a little more moisturizing than the traditional lanolips fruity flavoured balms with a little more stay power. Just be aware, it goes on the opacity of a white glue stick if you use too much. It makes the colour of my lips a little pale when applied like a thin layer of balm, and leaves them looking like I ate a powdered donut if I gloop it on like a traditional gloss. You need to find your happy spot and keep it in mind as you use it. But most definitely worth it, and it looks great over a tint as well.

1. If you put this in a place that's warmer than room temperature, it's going to be liquidy and not very effective. You can put it in the fridge but it's not worth it. Keep this at room temperature. This is important because this is the only lip balm I've had where I can't use in my house (which is at 81 degrees the entire year except for winter). Because of this alone I don't think I'm going to get this again. 2. The texture is not like Lanolips 101 ointment. It's not sticky at all and I believe it's thinner. 3. The smell/taste is very lemony. Like real lemons. It goes away maybe 30 seconds after applying. I don't like it very much (yeah... why did I get the lemon flavor?) but I don't mind it either. If you like that, go ahead and get it. I cannot say for the healing effectiveness of this lip balm. But I do recommend it to hydrate your lips and keep them moisturized.

Absolutely the best lip treatment ever

A little thick and hard to squeeze without warming up the tube a little, but once this stuff is applied, it works great! Lasts a good amount of time on my lips and I don't get the sticky texture that other tube lip balms can also have. It also smells amazing (almost exactly like a frosted lemonade from Chick-Fil-A) and the shimmer is very subtle but quite fun!

After reading reviews, I expected this pricey balm to change my life. I don't have crazy chapped lips, but they tend to get dry in the fall due to the weather and allergies. This is a nice, quality lip balm and I love the lemonade flavor and the packaging. However, I feel like the price point is too expensive for what it is. Other "nice" balms like rosebud salve are a fraction of the cost. I don't think that it's worth the money, it's not a particularly luxurious experience. I'm just extra cautious of losing it or washing it by accident because it's an expensive product. The lanolin makes it longer lasting, but if you're like me, it will coat the tip of your tongue and inner mouth, leaving a film you can feel when you breathe through your mouth. Not that significant really, but I've never experienced that with another balm. Overall, I don't regret buying it but I can't say I'd purchase another.

Pricey, but it is one of the few items that actually heals my dry lips.

Love the scent, shine, and how moisturizing it is! Not sticky at all!

I bought this after trying many different lip balms in order to relieve the horrible chapping I was experiencing this winter. Nothing worked at best, or, in some cases, actively made things worse. A friend suggest I try nipple ointment, but I wanted something that had a flavor. I ended up settling on this product and flavor. I can happily say that this stuff has worked miracles, and my lips are no longer chapped, peeling, and cracking. I actually like it so well that I threw away all my other tubes of lip balm. This is superior in every possible way. My lips are more soft and more moisturized than they were before the winter caused me so many problems. I was hoping to get back to baseline, so my lips actually being better than ever is amazing.
