Dental Cheek and Lip Retractor for Teeth Whitening- Free Shade Guide

These Dental Cheeks are flexible plastic, blue in color and arrived fairly quickly. They have a hands free design and my wife loves using them while she whitens her teeth nightly. They spread your cheeks just as they should and is not uncomfortable. But, have you ever made some crazy faces and just cracked up laughing at yourself? I truly purchased these Dental Cheeks for my family and friends so we could put them in our mouths and play a game. Basically, you insert the Dental Cheeks and attempt to utter a phrase of some sort while your teammate attempts to figure it out. Create various phrases on small sized paper, fold them up and place them in a bowl / bucket. Each team will draw one phrase per turn and uncontrollable laughter ensues. It is so hilarious and a fantastic time, especially with adults. Your stomach will be in knots and feel like you just completed 1,000 crunches. Try them today, don't hesitate!

Works as advertised. Took a minute to figure out how to put it in, and I thought it was too big for my mouth. Not so. It should work for any adult mouth. Use vaseline or cream on your lips before inserting, Keep your chin tilted up and don't tilt down. Use tissues under tongue and sides of mouth to keep saliva to a minimum. I find this actually more effective than using a tray, because saliva washes away the bleach and you can't see the gel under the trays. With this I can see the gel stays exactly where I want for precise whitening at the gum lines.

It looks nothing like the picture and is made out of extremely cheap plastic, making it so bendy that it won't even stay in my mouth unless I hold it there with both hands.

Not as pictured; came in white. Had to Google to see how it fits- comes with no instructions. Basically, upside down from the picture- the curve goes along your chin and the sides of your lips go in the retractors. Very flimsy and uncomfortable. It works better than the trays that came with my whitening kit for keeping the peroxide off my gums. I may need to practice more, but my jaw was sore from trying to hold my mouth in a position where it wouldn't pop off my lips. As expected I drooled a lot because I was laying on my back - not a product fault - just a warning to have a towel on you when you stand up! So I'll stick with this considering it is the best option right now, and perhaps upgrade to something more 'medical grade' if I continue having problems.

I bought these so I could whiten my teeth at home. They aren't super comfortable, especially if you have a small mouth like I do, but they get the job done. They seem well made and look like they'll last awhile. Great buy for the money.

I started whitening my teeth at home with some pretty industrial strength whitener, and sure enough, if you're going to sit for an hour letting the brushed on chemicals whiten your teeth, you're gonna needs something to keep your lips peeled back so they don't come into contact with the solution (which can, according to the box, cause some tingling sensation). It fits rather comfortably and doesn't rub against my gums. Made of good quality hard and slightly flexible plastic. Funny enough, I actually use it also when I'm brushing and flossing anyway.

Man, when you put this thing in, you sure look like a freak!!! But hey, who cares. I bought mine for everyday wear. Its comfortable enough that it doesn't hurt after 12 hours of continuous use. My smile is so big, even the Joker would be ashamed. Sure, people look at me weird, but then I tell them about how I never used to smile. They usually throw money at me after that.

You can sterilize these!,, they are a great alternative if you lose your original retractors for update aligned pictures at home ! If I lost it I would definitely buy this again
