Easy to mount... but does not give too much heat

It was easy to install. It looks good. It's easy to operate. It gives off as much heat as one might expect from a 1500w heater. It's stylish.It started turning on by itself and couldn't be turned off. I had to unplug it when I didn't want it on. Of course I needed a ladder to unplug it, but that's not the fault of the device...I got a quick reply from the company when I explained the issue. They told me to send it in for warrantee service. I'm supposed to pay for shipping each way. $60. That's a bummer for a device that is less than a year in service...
