I will purchase again. It was recommended I take Zinc with vitamin C to help restore my sense of taste and smell. I think this had a lot to do with a bit of my senses returning . The potency was perfect. Being a natural vitamin, I recommend it. I got no migraines from it (I sometimes do from certain vitamins)

Zinc is a staple at our house. So many metabolic processes need zinc. I like the amount/ tablet. Good product and good price. Can add to smoothies too.

We enjoy Healthy Orgins vitamins. Zinc is a great immune booster. This product is cleab and easily absorbed. We also ise their vit C.

I really like this form of zinc. It is easy to digest and for the body to utilize. Be careful not to take too much. These do have a high zinc amount. 50mg is above the average recommendation from what I saw.
