Nice, although "cushion" is perhaps a misnomer as it is very firm. That is good, though, as cushions that are too soft for this purpose just don't support you enough. It is perfect to use with the Mesh Lumbar Support I bought that kept riding down the back of my office chair. With this, it holds the lumbar support in place, and provides a comfortable seat that does not hurt my coccyx.

Too small

My hobby is quilting and I can spend hours at a time sewing. This pillow does help with my posture and relieving any back pain I normally get from too much time at the machine. I would recommend it to others who sit for long stretches at a time. Well worth the money.
