Is this just for women?

The description clearly says “for Women, Men, Adults”

How many probiotic strains are in this product? i don't see it listed on the bottle or anywhere in the description. it's important to know.

The label on this product says it has 5 active Lactobillus strains.

Should the pill contents be completely white in color or should i be seeing some yellow bits? Just want to make sure my pills aren't going bad.

All of my bottles have had some very small yellow bits. My pills mostly look white at first glance, but yes have noticed some tiny specs of yellow. My bottles don't expire for over 1 year from now so I am fairly certain they have not gone bad. Also, for me this product has worked the best so far of any probiotic I have tried.

Will it hurt these pre+pro biotic if they freeze. I left them in the car and is got down to -15

The bacteria in Probiotics are alive. Whenever they are stored in extreme temperatures they can not survive. The same way germs, insects, ants, etc could not survive really hot or really cold temperatures, Probiotics can't either. It's likely the majority of the live bacteria didn't survive, this extreme low of -15°C.
