Horrible pillows are not cooling and very uncomfortable
They were over stuffed- highly uncomfortable- no way to remove some of the stuffing. They caused neck pain and they are not cooling at all. They retain heat- waste of money and cannot refund since they were sent out of state to use- a huge disappointment from a brand we trusted in the past. Hope the next guests at her house like them- we would up using some old pillows she had there that were flat but at least they did not get hotter during the night like these did.

Misleading Product Description
"Serta Versafoam Memory Foam Bed Pillow, 2 Count (Pack of 1), Elite" What does that even mean? Everything about the actual pillow is wonderful. Nicely made, attractive, comfortable. But what do you get for the purchase? Not the "2 Count" in two separate packs of one. Just say "Serta Versafoam Memory Foam Bed Pillow"

Awful chemical smell
Pillows are comfy. However they have a strong awful chemical/ rubber odor. Very strong after letting them sit out over night. I will return these.

took awhile but we got it worked out
this is described as a two pack and i only received one in the box . please ship other pillow

Comfy pillow but awful smell
Pillows are firm, supportive and comfy but they have an awful smell. Ive washed the pillow case, hung the pillows outside, sprayed them, and they still smell like a factory. So gross.
