Works great with Galaxy Watch 6
I've been using this daily for the last month or so, to charge my Galaxy 6 watch whenever I'm lounging.I like this charger because I can just plug it into my phone charger whenever I want to charge my watch, and I don't have to keep track of another cable or take up another outlet. I already keep a USB C charging cable by my couch to charge my phone, so it's super easy to just plug this into it and snap my watch onto it (it's magnetic like the OEM charger).Another bonus of using this type of charging adapter is that you can use it with any cord length you want. The 3 ft OEM charger was way too short for me -- I've been using this one with a 10 ft cable with no problems.I can see this being super convenient for traveling too, especially when outlets are limited in hotel rooms, for example. I plan to bring it with me on my next trip.I haven't noticed any issues with charging speed because my watch is always fully charged by the time I'm ready to put it back on. Seems pretty fast to me but I haven't timed it or compared it to the OEM charger.Overall, this charger suits my needs perfectly, and using it has been a smooth experience.

1 less cable lying around
I bought this because I was tired of having a dedicated built in cable/puck just for the watch. Also it takes up another plug on my outlet. My goal is to USB-C everything and have just one cable on my night stand. This took care of my problem.

Does what it says on the tin. Slow charging.
Small, portable, can connect to any USB C charger laying around. What's not to like? It is noticeably slow charging compared to the OEM Samsung charger, even when attached to a 130w USB wall charger. 1 hour 30 minutes to go from 30% to 100% when the Samsung charger knocks out 30%-100% in 45 minutes tops. But it's perfect for a backpack pocket and for travel in a pinch.

Bought two
Got two of these, one for travel and one for work so I didn't need to bring the one that came with the watch everywhere. Works as it should.

Don't buy - they die rather quickly (two separate experiences, different vintages)
I was very keen on these - they would have helped me eliminate yet another cable from my travel bag and allow me to continue my quest to be 100% USB-C.I own 4 of these charging pucks and 3 of them have died in the same way - each after a week or so of use. While they work out-of-the-box initially, after a short time, they simply stop charging. I've power cycled the watch, etc. and no luck. Placing the same watch on another charger (samsung or 3rd party) works fine - proving it's these pucks which are at fault.I wish they worked - but they just dont. Too bad!

Excellent little charger
Just got back from a trip and brought this to try out. It worked like a charm and I love that I can use it with the USB C cable I use to charge my phone. It got a little warm when charging for longer periods of time, but no hotter than the charger that came with the watch. Very pleased

Works, just make sure you use it with an appropriate charger
I attempted to charge my watch with the same third party charger I use with my phone. That made my watch upset! After switching to a Samsung charger, the puck worked fine. I imagine other third party chargers, and this puck, work fine if they adhere to similar specifications as the real thing, just be careful --unlike the exhausted me in a hotel room six hours ago struggling to understand why my watch wasn't charging.

Extremely weak magnet makes it unusable on the go.
The magnet is not strong enough to hold the weight of the charger. Its like a little piece or "dot" of a fridge magnet from the 90's. Other than that major oversight it actually seems to work well on my galaxy watch. I've tried it with at least 5 or 6 chargers and 4 different battery packs successfully. I havent noticed it get hot like others have mentioned but I dont doubt it. You cant charge your watch on the passenger seat of your car with this. It falls off way to easily. I've tried some rubberband based upgrades without much success. That could be me though, I'm trying some shock cord now. I make these wire holder things out of it so maybe I just havent got the right set of knots yet. I'd crack it open and upgrade the magnet but it doesnt look like it wants to open. And i'd have to research whether that messes with the wireless charging handshake or something but I doubt it. Anyways... I have very conflicted feelings about this thing. If they'd put a decent magnet in it i'd probable buy 3 of them. As is I'm good with the one that I almost never use.
