it's good but almost completely scentless. that is bourbon and cedar. won't try the others now. it works well but feels greasy by next day.

I had found a jar of this clear pomade at a local shop and when I ran out I was disappointed that the shop no longer carried this item. I turned to Amazon and found it here, so I don't have to be without. Oddly enough, I use this product on my beard to tame fly-aways and keep it looking neat and groomed. After I apply it I wait a few moments and comb it through and I'm able to go throughout my day without wispies becoming unruly.

This pomade is basically water wax—if you’ve used that before, you’ll know what to expect. It offers a medium hold and natural shine, but it can get greasy fast if you’re not light-handed. Definitely start with a tiny amount and work through damp hair for best results. As for the scent? Despite the “bourbon + cedar” label, there’s no standout fragrance—nothing good or bad, just kind of... there. Not a deal-breaker, but don’t expect a luxurious grooming scent. It’s functional, does the job, and I like that it’s paraben- and cruelty-free, but you need to know how to work with it to avoid that weighed-down, oily look.

This is my second purchase - I think they changed the formula, there is now a weird smell to it, like a rancid perfume! I down graded it from 4 to three stars because of this! Hope this helps!
