I’d say no. I think your iron is too long. In the inside dimension of the case is not part of the info Amazon provides, Send a note to the seller asking for that information. Compare it to the measurement of your Oliso.

Q: How long does it take to heat up in order to iron?

Not sure I understand your question. This is a review on the travel case, not the iron. The iron DOES NOT come with the travel case. Must be purchased separately. I do have the iron as well, obviously, and it takes very little time to heat up to be ready to press fabric. It does take quite a bit of time to cool down, though, in order to put it in the travel case without damage to the case. To help alleviate that possibility, I took a piece of Insulbrite batting and cut it to fit my iron's soleplate. I still allow the iron to cool about 15 min before putting it in its little case with the Insulbrite against the sole plate. So far, so good. I love this little travel case for my SteamFast iron. Keeps it safe & secure in my sewing machine tote when I go to classes & retreats.

Q: Can you pack the iron while it’s still hot?

The inside fabric is a felt/flannel type and the lid where water cup is is foam. I wouldn’t put a hot iron in it.

Perhaps you should call customer service and let them know that you never got the case.
