Tape is amazing! Could not get underwater glue to work good enough. Bought this tape to surround edges of 2' x 2' patch. Stopped leak on bottom of pool completely.

We feed the outdoor birds year round. The squirrels come around and help themselves to the seed. If the feeders become empty, the squirrels start destroying the plastic seed containers. Before finding the Gorilla tape, we used duct tape. That worked for a little while, but soon needed to be replaced. I found this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. It has been over 6 months, and the durable tape is still working. I am thinking it would work to seal gaps in door and window seals, so that will be my next project. I highly recommend this product.

Flex Seal tape worked much better

Great tape for intended purpose.No tape can hold back house water pressure, that is not what it's intended for. It can seal gravity drain pipes above ground pools and boats etc but not 60 lb of water supply pipe. A supply PIPE OR hoses must be cut and repaired with a repair kit.Note that this is not crystal clear it is foggy colored.

This product doesnt adhere well and is not water proof!!! I have a soft sided 55 gallon water barrell that somehow got a leak on its side so after draining the barrell and allowing it to completely dry I placed this tape over the spot with a tiny area that leaked assuring that I had completely covered the area of the leak and well beyond it with the tape.once the tape was firmly secure to the barrell, I refilled the barrell with water but not less than an hour later the leak was allowing water to escape and the tape had lifted!!! It will not hold once moisture is introduce to it- it will release if it gets wet. As a matter of fact the area that doesnt even get wet is also lifting so I dont believe this tape will hold anything. It is a Waste of time & effort and most of all money.

I have never been disappointed by Gorilla products until now. It simply did not adhere hardly at all. The tape is nice and thick but that does no good if it won't stick. I cleaned and dried the surface but the tape barely stuck. I ended up ordering a competitors paste for the project.

I have a black car and my sunroof began to leak. Long story short, the dealer didn't want to fix the issue unless they were able to replace many things not needed to be replaced. I cut this roll in half, so it stretched me further in length, but it works amazingly! It gets extremely hot here during the summer, very humid as well, and I was worried about the adhesive heating and the tape peeling up or moving around..... it has not. I happened to check it out this past week, it is beginning to crack but it is not dry rotted. Although it's worked amazingly, in spring I will remove and add fresh before the summer again. It's a great price for once a year application.

Last July, our travel trailer awning developed a small tear (roughly 8-10" long) where it connects to the leading edge of the motorized roller. I used this tape on the top and bottom of the awning. It held up well from July to October, and you would not know it is there unless you knew to look closely. This coming season April-October we will find out how the repair holds up for the long term.
