Highly recommend it

I like it is compact and easy to use. But just for others to know - nowhere near 3 minutes ignition time :).It warms up for 3 minutes - maybe this is what they meant :)Total ignition time for me is 12-15 minutes. This is until the coal is glowing red on all sides and ready for smoking.Other than that, I have no other concerns and so far it is working fine.

very poor quality , I purchased this burner before 2 weeks ago , I surprised when I read the instructions saying (turn off the electric stove coal after 5 mint's of switch on ) , above that you will read the specifications telling you that the IGNITION TIME 3 MINTUS !!!!!! Then when the coal will be ready ???? I tried on and I found this results1.the coal will start ignition turning to dark orange color after three min. Time From starting .2.after 6 min. The coil will get red (that's mean starting burning the coal ).3.after 13 min. One face of the coal face has been ready and you can turn it over to the other face , of course that's against the instructions and in the near future will be broken very soon.From above it looks to me that all the information written in the instructions are false , incorrect and not good product for the purpose.NOT RECOMANDED.

Pretty easy to use but use by an open window or garden door etc as it gives off a scent once it gets going it heats up really quickly too

Very easy to use and it gets hot very quick which is amazing.

A must have item for a sheesha lover. It’s takes a little while to burn the coal. But it’s fuss free

Bought on 22 August, it Was great but suddenly it stopped working…couldn’t contact seller and no alternative solution was available. Ta
