Q: How do i get my watch to turn on? restarted it and it has stayed stuck on screen that reads "cjc"

I have the same problem. wonder if there's a software bug to turn these off or something went bad coz it seems like a software issue

But you need to pay attention to the following points: 1: Use a Speedtalk T-mobile SIM card with a band of 12/4/2 (one of them). 2: Make sure that the making and receiving calls service of the SIM card is activited . 3: Make sure there is a 4G network in your area.
