Bought it july 2023.. Delay in assembly service from REACH.. So assembled by self.. The product was ok in the initial days.. But 6 months into purchase the drive belt of the cycle tore off.. Nil response from the customer care team.. There is no use of the supposedly 1 year warranty provided.. The worse thing is u cannot even buy the spare part yourself.. Pathetic.. Sincere advise is to avoid it

It's a good exercise bicycle and it mostly does what it should and the assembly is easy too,But there are some minor issues which bring down the overall experience of the product and "the so called easy assembly process".
