Q: Does it work on a curved small 1/4" neckline hem?

It depends on the size of the neckline and how much stretch you have to work with. I would not recommend it. You are better off with bias tape.

Q: will these work with a Husqvarna sewing machine?

YES....I did a dozen scarves....you need to practice...not as easy as it looks....go to you tube and see.

Q: Will this work on a Brother LS-30?

Yes it worked on my brother machine which is a low shank machine
