Working good. Heat fast and strong.

I got this to put on the patio underneath our wood deck. My husband and I like to go out there and watch movies on the projector all year round and we needed something to keep us warm. We've already got one of the 7 foot propane patio heaters on the uncovered part of the back patio, but we can't put it under the wood deck. I don't really feel like potentially setting the house on fire. 🤣🤣 When I was researching what to get, I liked that this could be hung up on the wall and it has a remote. There were no reviews when I purchased it, but I wasn't worried because I've purchased many other Serene Life products and they've always been top notch, high quality products. The unit arrived very well packaged with no damages. It includes all of the parts and accessories you will need to mount the unit to the wall. It's a lightweight unit, but extremely sturdy. You won't have to worry about the mounting brackets breaking, due to weight. I was amazed at how much heat the carbon fiber heating element can put out. It instantly started warming up the 20x20 area under the porch and kept us warm the entire time we were out there. It's going to be so nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors without freezing our butts off in the late Fall and Winter. It's a great addition and I wish I would've thought about getting one of these sooner. It actually worked so great that I purchased 3 other types for other outdoor areas and for the lake house. I'm impressed and thrilled with the effectiveness and high performance of this unit. I can't wait to continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Heats up instantly. Produces and good amount of warmth. I would not recommend for out door space as it does not throw heat far (as I need), but in a covered or closed space this is excellent. This is awesome for three seasons room. Very easy to set up and go.

I ordered this outdoor space heater for my deck. I love to entertain outside long after summer has ended, but with the cold some nights is harder to do than others. This was a nice solution to that. With kids having it mounted makes me feel so much safer. My husband was able to easily install it on the wall fairly quick with no issues. I love that it comes with a remote to be able to control the settings all while not having to get up. It so far has proven to be more then capable of warming up my seating area quite substantially. It's not a covered deck and it has been left out in even rain and it still works just fine. This is a top-of-the-line heater, and I am happy that I chose this one. Worth every penny.

Sharmaine, Customer Support at Pyle, is refusing to respect promotion to send free heater cover after registration of product. I purchased two heaters and she will only send one free cover as she says only one per household. I explained that there is no such qualification stated at time of purchase or registration. I recommend not supporting a company that does respect promotions like these. Very disappointed by customer service- slow to respond, inflexible, and will not understand that I need two covers as heaters in same outdoor space. Very unfortunate.

This is a great upgrade to my front porch. The operation is simple and extends the season that I can spend time on the porch. It’s pretty discrete and doesn’t look out of place in my 100 year old farmhouse because it is tucked high up.Wall mounted, it is 29 inches long by approximately 6”. The electrical cord is heavy and appropriate for outdoor use. I believe this is a safer option for me than propane.There is no odor with this heater as well. It could be used safely indoors or in a garage - and probably as safe as any barn heater can be.This 1500W infrared wall mounted heater fits my needs A+

Ok I’ll admit I broke the rule in the guide book that says don’t use it in a sauna as a warning label, but like why not, I asked. I don’t know the difference between a porch infrared heater and a sauna one. It has a sleek look and easy to install. Batteries not included with the remote. Nice thick wire and everything works great.

This works fine but does not have a tremendous amount of heat. Everything works fine including the remote which is convenient to use. Perhaps would be best for a smaller space.
