This Device is Awesome and the Customer Service is Excellent
My wife has always loved the hot towels and hot blankets that she was given in the hospital. This device does it all! She warms her PJs, bath towels and a blanket when she lies down. She says she just melts when the heat is applied. The self timer and on/off controls are easy to use and get the items to just the right temperature. Love the device. Well, it was almost a year of constant use. This device was used 2-3 times daily, even in the summer. On Sunday, the device failed to heat, the light came on but did not warm. I contacted Customer Support on Monday and on Tuesday (after providing requested proof of ownership), the company has indicated they will replace the device and will be sending it out shortly!!! My wife loves the device so, that I had already ordered another. Well, two are always better then one! I cannot overstate how good this company is and their support for their product. GREAT SERVICE (which you don't always see these days)

You definitely NEED this!
Best personal luxury item. I love having my towels hot after the shower and warming my jammies up in the evening. Size is great for bath sheet and hair towel together. Auto shut off is great.

Good choice
Looks nice in the bathroom and does a nice job of evenly heating the towel while showering.

inside pealed and heating inconsistent look elsewhere
I did like this unit for a while and it worked fine. Over time the inside coating began to wear away. As the wear continued the heating element became inconsistent. Now my towels come out warm in some spots and cold in others. Fundamentally useless. Convenient that this started after the 1 year warranty period. This unit had great reviews, but I will not be giving one. My recommendation is look for a different one, this will stop working in short order.

Updated- Died after 5 months, but service to replace was great!
Product was working nicely and then died. Emailed the seller and they responded right away. After some troubleshooting, they decided to ship me (FedEx) a new unit. Arrived in two-three days. We love the cedar block for putting essential oil on for lavender smelling warm towels! Replacement died just short of one year after receiving it.

Towel warmer
This is a must. Heat your towel while you take a bath!!! Get out and wrap a warm towel around you . Heats in short amount of time! This is a must have!

Worked well until it didn't..... cheap capacitor
This worked well for 3-4 years with very limited use (6 times a year maybe) and then it stopped working. Disassembly yielded that one of the capacitors was crimped badly and failed. So... a $1 or less part causing it to be a decoration instead of a towel warmer. So..... if you can find another brand might be worth it.
