These strip lights are awesome, much brighter than my old strip. Connects to the Govee Home app on my phone for remote control, super easy to set up and it has a ton of customization for lighting modes. You can even browse other people's creations and apply them effortlessly. They were very easy to apply, just peel the back off and stick them to the wall. They come with a single alcohol wipe to clean walls with, but I used a wet rag with ammonia water, let it dry for an hour then applied the light strip. Adheres no problem.

Tons of customization. The app is simple to use. Setup was easy. I use it on my vinyl now spinning sign and it's awesome. High quality lights.

Work just fine as long as you’re careful!I don’t often write reviews, but I thought it could be helpful information since I’ve been through a few sets of these lights.Pros:- Good, easy to use app- Bright, responsive lights- Great customer service- Low price, especially for the lengthCons:- Fairly easy to tear/break- Cannot use solderless connectors to navigate corners (to my understanding)- Hit or miss functionality- Not Alexa compatible (which is stated in description)I’ve purchased three sets of these lights, ultimately they are good you just have to be careful.1. The first one worked ok for a while, but they stopped working, presumably, after my cat bit part of it2. I ordered another set since they had been working fine until my cat got to it. When I received this one, it was clearly not programmed correctly or there was some other technical issue with it as it would not respond to the app, though the app would say it was connected and would flash random colors in random different sections. I contacted customer service who walked me through some troubleshooting and ultimately sent me a new set, which arrived very quickly, which was greatly appreciated.3. The third set arrived and seemed to function just fine. After installing them in the same way that I had installed the first set of lights, they soon ended up tearing at a turn point (I used their suggested technique for navigating corners) and no longer worked past that section. I tried to find any solderless connectors that I could use (now that I had at least two sets of partially working lights) however I could not find any that would be compatible (which makes sense given these are RBGIC lights and Govee themselves also stated this to be the case)Ultimately, I don’t think I will buy another set and will probably just spend a little extra for a different set of light strips, likely from the same brand since a different model I’ve used before (TV backlights) has worked well and is Alexa compatible. Plus, Govee’s app is easy to use and has a nice UI.

There's a reason why Govees products are typically the most expensive they have the best quality the light level and quality is perfect their true LEDs so no warmth and the adhesive is the best so you don't have to worry about them falling off whatever you stick them to the Govee app is the best there is so many different colors, pre-set scenes, options and the diy scenes are really cool definitely a must buy product

As always, Govee didn’t fail me. Good quality, put them behind string lights and didn’t have a problem. Adhesive is good unlike the cheap LED strips. Colors are perfect, white is closer than I’ve seen before. Cord was long enough to reach ceiling. Control box on cord has adhesive so it will stick. No remote but app works very well.

These Govee RGBIC Light Strips are easily the best light strip I've ever had, it has multiple color options, themes, and more!They also get very brightI've had these since February and the strip has shown no signs of falling off.The app is also very easy to use

Overall, a great price for an LED strip. Bought two of the smallest kits and my son love them. I put them up under his lofted bed. It's the first thing he turns on in the morning. The colors are bright and fun and easy to use. My only gripe is that when you turn them off they really don't turn off at all. In a pitch black room you can see the LEDs are dimly lit, constantly on, and drawing power. However, it was a very cheap kit and works pretty well.
