I ordered this for my husband, but it seems to be for kids and despite the horrible taste with the correct dose, there was zero changes.

The bottle cap was open and half of the syrup was dropped

It has definitely increased appetite! The iron taste is very strong but not horrible.

Just got this today! I have been small my whole life! Im forty three years old & wanted help with gaining weight! I havent really had a great appetite lately! Saw this & saw the great reviews I figured that it couldnt hurt to try it! I do take the childs dose. I wanted to start out slow. I took it this morning & followed it up with some juice. It has a very vitaminy taste because of all the great vitamins that are in it! Thats fine for me! I havent had any stomach upset. And I did see an increase in my appetite today! I ate three whole meals today plus snacks! Which is great for me! Yay!

This supplement did not meet my expectations cause still have no appetite like I would want to have. The formula is so strong, may be because of the iron in it, it gave me stomach pain . One needs to eat some moderate food to take this supplement which doesn't make sense to me because am trying to develop that appetite to eat some food that would allow me to take this supplement and then it more food. Waste of money for sure!!!

I tried and it helps boost appetite noticeably and makes it easier to eat more. The added vitamins and nutrients are a nice plus. Taste is okay, and results usually show within a week. Great for anyone who struggles with low appetite.
