Good quality.
I ran 20' of this underground for a gas line outdoors to a fire pit. The PVC is tough, but flexible enough that it's easy to work with.

did the job
this size conduit was not available anywhere locally and, even though i had to order much more than i needed, it was the best price around and came on time.

Inaccurate sizing chart?
Shipping was fast. Seems like solid quality, especially for the price. -1 Star for the following: Ordered the 1 1/4in x 50ft but got the 1" x 50ft instead. Didn't bust out the measuring calibers but looking at with my ruler, it looks like it's somewhere in between? Outer diameter indeed looks like 1 1/4" and the inner diameter closer to 1 1/8". However, the chart provided with this product description shows the 1" size being close to 1" inner diameter and a 1.3" outer diameter. This puts me somewhere in between with the next size up? Little frustrated as I would have liked that extra space inside. Oh well, it'll probably still be fine for my project. Maybe the cut at the end of the tube isn't true to the rest of the tubing.

Good
Arrived in a timely fashion. Everything seems to be pretty dandy so far... I haven't used it yet. I'm planning on using this for underground feeder. I'm not 100% sure if this is listed for underground use, but I'm going to do it anyways. I would recommend this. Edit: I've finally gotten around to using this. Right on the conduit it says "direct burial" so, looks like I got lucky. It was a true pain in the rear to straighten this out. I had to tie each end to something and let it hang for a few nights. Other than that, I'm not sure what to compare it to. It seemed to be pretty good quality.
