Will this cure in an LED lamp?

There is no reason why it shouldn't cure under a LED lamp. UV/LED gels will cure under both an LED and an UV lamp. LED gels will cure under an LED lamp only.

Is this the actual uv hard gel as pictured or the new uv/led one? because i hate the led one.

It's the actual UV Hard Gel....

ordered twice ibd clear gel 8oz only for uv but we received uv/led,can you please advice how we can get only for uv?!

All of the IBD Clear Gels are formulated to work with both LED and UV.

How do you remove this product? Is it able to be soaked off or does it have to be filed/ground off?

This is NOT soak off gel. It has to be filed off!
