Consumables for harbor freights plasma 45 are ridiculously expensive. This torch head will work on your plasma 45 with the Chinese consumables.The only modification is reusing the Compression Nut from the OEM torch head & the Farrel from the new torch. Highly recommend!!!

Replaced a harbor freight titanium 45 torch with this. Works great and seems like a better design than the one that came on the titanium.The only bad thing about this torch is the switch that came with this is pressed always on when inside the casing. I just swapped it for the switch that was in the old torch and it worked.

switch was junk-always on, head was direct shorted. Don't waste your money like I did.

Passt zwar nicht 100 prozentig genau auf meinen TPT40 Brenner (GYS Easycut 40 Plasmaschneider), Ergebnis ist aber o.k.Für genauere Schnitte würde ich einen Abstandhalter mit Wurmschraube nehmen.
