Great canopy really good customer service one panel was missing seller went above and to sort out sending the missing panel. The canopy is worth the money well built and easy to put up and pack away thanks Marstercanopy

Easy to put up and take down, fits easily back into its wheeled storage bag. Well made solid frame. Well designed cover and sides available if needed.

Barely used, put up for 2 days no wind and abit of rain, the frame snapped in 2 places and collapsed with us under it. Frame has a years warranty but only if the company bother responding to their emails. Ignorance is bliss. Poor.

Its very nearly a 5 *. Feels good quality material but could do with a few more velcro tags to secure it to the frame. The frame is also very good quality and is easy the put up once you know how. It can be done alone but much easier with two. Can't vouch for the waterproofness yet.

A little torn by the reviews on here. On one hand, every gazebo on Amazon has bad reviews and this one is no different.If anything, this one could be seen as the better one out of the rest.It arrived quickly so 10 points there but then on opening it, it was immediately obvious it had been used just by the fact the top was marked/dirty. As it was for a party the day after arrival, we decided to take everything out and check how the rest is. If its just a bit of dirt then fair enough.But no instructions - another tell-tale sign maybe? And as we started removing the various bits, also noticed the bag the main frame was in was ripped and only half covered - this is all now in hindsight!Having said that, the panels were still folded and brand new/sealed so again proceeded.The frame itself went up without any issues and while I'm no expert in Gazebos, I honestly had no issues with the stability of it. It was on a brick paved ground so fully expected it to move around etc but it stayed up throughout the night.Only thing we used was sandbags we filled with stones/rocks - around 5-7kg for each leg.Fabric - again we personally had no issue but then we were unsure what is good and what is bad.Packing it up was fun - frame is fine but folding the panels so they all fit in the bag was a challenge.Now that I had seen how it works, I had a decision to make. It dawned on us that while it was on solid ground, we did not have the spikes/rope either and so decided to contact Amazon.They have been great as usual and have issued a return for it.So now we are in a dilemma- having seen the quality which for us, seemed fine... do I re-order another or call it a day post-refund and look external to Amazon - because whats on Amazon are all fairly similar and if there is something better and more robust, its probably not on here.Decisions Decisions!

I bought this gazebo for use in my back garden for two main reasons. Firstly it will act as a shelter to keep the elements at bay when the weather is inclement, and secondly I can use it as a sun shade during the height of summer when the sun is out in full force. So far I have had it erected in my back garden for a party, as I used it as a BBQ shelter. One of the main advantages of the MasterCanopy brand is the fact that the gazebo is so quick and easy to set up. I was able to manage on my own, but with the help of another person it would truly be a breeze! The legs slide out and clamp into place to allow it to be extended to the correct height. All the legs allow for fine adjustment such that the canopy can be used on uneven terrain.One of the main points that drew me specifically to this item is the fact that it is described specifically as being "heavy duty". I would ackowledge that is the an accurate claim now that I have used it in my garden. It is particularly reassuring to know that the roof canopy is thick and durable to ensure that any rain is kept at bay. This has really revolutionised my ability to cook on the BBQ outside even when there is a threat of rain. Another great feature is the fact that the canopy comes with walls that can be added or removed depending on the conditions. This is really handy in Scotland as the walls can be lowered to keep out any wind that can often be unwelcomed especially during the spring and autumn seasons. I think leave the gazebo out over the summer, but common sense would suggest taking it down for storage over winter to preserve the longevity of the product. I will update if any issues develop, but so far I have been mightily impressed with this product.
