I know there are loads of different types of these but despite my large collection of pain relief devices this is the first time I’ve used what I like to call a “peanut”.I love it. It’s so light and easy to use while sat in a chair. I can work out all of the knots around my spine on my back and neck just by putting it behind me and wiggling.It’s really nice to have something that I don’t need to get down onto the floor to use or have someone else help me with. I even prefer it over my £100+ chair mounted massager as I can move it and myself to where I need relief.I can even use it if I’m feeling a bit bloated to help burp myself lol
