Nice and sharp! Clasps for the casing are a bit tough to open and close but doable. Would be nicer if the handle had a bit of a softer grip which would be easier on arthritic hands. Tested on hard veggies like celery and radishes it cut like a charm.

The knife works like it’s on ice. Easy to use.Cutting bacon bits, chopping anything.

Brilliant idea but the actual implementation not so good: when rolled back and forth the blade pulls whatever immediately loose inside to a difficult to disassemble housing for necessary cleaning — but aside from that best pizza cutter ever ( sharper than most) ever!

I must admit this is an easier way to cut and chop. This also came with a pastry blade. Really good for cutting pie dough or bread dough.The only problem I think could be corrected is the sharpness of the blade. I think the blade could be sharper which would make the slicing and dicing easier. One example is carrots. I discovered I had to take a "running start" at the carrot in order to slice it. From a stand still the blade would not cut it so easily.Over all I think this is a good product. With a few adjustments it would be a great product. I have recommended to my friends as well as advised them on what I said above.

Don't know about the other reviews, but this knife is fan-f#^$&-tastic! Slices, dices,, Juliennes, well, haven't actually tried all these techniques,but such fun to be had.The downside is cleaning this sucker as the casing hides the majority of the blade. And the blade rotates through the casing with all the nasty from whatever you're cutting.

Found my first one in a thrift store & had to have another one for our condo.

I bought this because of the reviews, especially the ones saying how great it is for those who only have the use of one hand. It worked great but was difficult to clean to the point of being dangerous. It has to be taken apart to clean otherwise food stays in side and mold forms . While trying to open it for cleaning I had to pry it open with a kitchen spade, and while doing so, the blade guard slid off and I’m lucky I didn’t slice my hand . After opening it, it was difficult to get into the groves to clean. I finally had to soak it and use a battery powered toothbrush to get it clean. I only used it to cut up cilantro. Also on opening, pieces fell off. The trigger fell off and a short narrow rubber gasket of some kind fell out. I have no idea what it is ,or where it goes. The instructions were on the box in the form of pictures and were not very good. I returned it for a refund and Amazon told me to keep it. I threw it away. Don’t waste your money. There are way better and safer things

So this was an impulse buy. I'm not the better cook in the house so I figured anything to help would be beneficial. Unfortunately this was not the item. This works better with a large cutting area or counter space. Even then so I found a good knife that cuts just as well. Cleaning isn't difficult but just takes a lot more steps than a knife. The two stars though is for durability. I used it three times and a clip already has broken. At least it doesn't cost much.
