Had a hole within 1 wear but my little one loves it.

The back stitching seam started coming undone hours after taking it out of the packaging. I enquired for product support which requested I email Disguise / JAKKS Pacific Inc. I did this and one month later they advised there is no replacement and I should take it back to the place I bought it (which was via their Amazon store). Poor quality, poor customer service. This was a gift for my four year old at Christmas and he was very disappointed that it fell apart.
