This Makartt Ombre Gel Kit is *exactly* what I needed to finally nail that smooth gradient look at home! The color selection is beautiful with soft whites, blush pinks, and warm nudes that work for any season when you want a clean, elegant vibe. The gels are also *highly pigmented*, so a little goes a long way and the colors really pop, even with thin layers. The upgraded pat painting gels have a thicker, almost mousse-like texture that gives you control without dripping. It made blending with the included sponge so much easier than regular gel polish. I was able to get that soft transition effect without harsh lines, even as a beginner. The brush it comes with is also super handy for refining the ombre or adding little details. I’ve used this kit several times now, and the results have been consistently smooth and professional-looking. It’s one of the easiest and most effective ombre kits I’ve ever used, a total game changer for my DIY nail routine!

This is my first time trying any sort of spider gel, or even a gel product in a pot and I am actually pretty impressed with how easy this was for a beginner. The quality seems decent for the price, and the number of colors is a great value. The cute little pots are quite small, but with how you use the gel this isn't actually a problem. I think the quantity is generous for the price as you're doing thin strands, not globs to paint on. The photo shows my first attempt. I used the black option which was wonderfully pigmented. I pulled the strings using tooth picks, but dotting told should work fine as well. I haven't applied a top coat or any other gel on top so you can see the gel alone stop the base polish (ILNP's Frankie for those wondering). Do make sure that you cure long enough if your lamp isn't that strong. It will take more time if you have one of the lamps that came with a cheaper kit that's between 24 and 38 watts. Mine needed about two minutes, with a bit more on thicker areas with my modelones lamp.

these little pots are very well pigmented, they seem to stretch very well, and doing anything from a fat line down to very, very thin hair-like lines seem to be no problem. i haven’t used all the colors, but i’d be willing to bet they’re much the same. this set seems like a great set for its price and i’d say it’s very easy to work with, after a wee bit of practice, although admittedly it’s the only brand i’ve ever used so i may be biased. anyway, from what i’ve seen in learning videos, these appear to work exactly as they’re meant to. 10/10, would buy again but the amount you use is so small i don’t think i’ll even need anymore in quite awhile.

Some of the best quality spider gel I’ve tried so far. The pic was when I first got them and wasn’t as good but the strands can get super thin and even, without any clumps. The solid colors are great my only issue is the metallic colors are more glittery than I was hoping for. In the photo they looked more opaque and chrome. Still pretty though.

I bought these because I trust the Makartt brand and let me tell you they did a fabulous job with these. The pigments in the spider gels are exactly as pictured. I had no problem curing these gels. I used an LED lamp for 60 second cure time, I wiped the sticky layer off and went about my day. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of my nails after I did them with the spider gel. But I plan to use it for my next set so I will update this post with images when I do. This is my first time using spider gel so I was thinking 'holy crap she thiccccc" and it was a massive mess. But after some trial and error in how to apply it, everything went smoothly. Absolutely beautiful pigments and easy to use once you figure out what way is best to apply them for the design you want. 10/10 highly recommend
