Q: what is the height from the floor to the bowl

The old version of this toilet was 17" from the floor to the rim of the bowl. The new version (Toto did not change the part number!) is 16 1/2". So, the measurements should only be one of these two numbers. I suspect Amazon is shipping old inventory!

Q: What do the measurements of the toilet mean like 31 by 20 by 28--What are they measuring?

according to the Toto Drake spec sheet, the toilet is 30.5" tall from floor to the top of the tank, 28" from the the back of the tank to the front of the bowl, 14" is the width of the bowl, and 19.5" is the width of the tank. This review is for the CST744SL#11 Toto Drake 2-Piece. After extensive research on toilets I settled on this one. Story: bought a house with 2 really high -ADA toilets. One is 16" one with ADA is 18" floor to top of seat

Q: Does this toilet have self cleaning component sanagloss?

No, and that can be a good thing, if you're like me and your "cleaning" consists of just pouring some bleach into the bowl and letting it sit while you're at work. Harsh cleaners will destroy a sanagloss bowl.
