I am reviewing it after 1month use. No question it's best cycle at 6000rs but some gear issue I faced but after contacting customer support then, they solve it as soon as possible. But as expected that type of normal gear issues areexpected fron 6k cycle. I tell you all that. For shifting non gear to geared cycle. It is best choice. And they provide us mudguard which is necessary. But I also tell this type of cycle need high maintenance if you know to how to do it then it's for you. Riding experience super smooth. I ride it over 100km and now 1st puncture done by me with a pin. Weight is mild heavy than normal cycle. Brakes are so much effective. Wheel minor tilted but I fixed it . Those are normal issue because if you purchase this type of products at online then this types of problems are expected. Those are not seller or company issue. My opinion for this product is too good and fully satisfied. Thanks amazon for giving this amazing product at lowest cost.😘

The bicycle is good-looking and awesome. But installation is a bit complex, and the gear-shifting was not working when I tried doing the installation. After taking it to a technician, everything is working fine. 4 stars because it is not a 5-minute assembly as it claims. It requires a professional, so it is better to opt for installation assistance. Value for money: Got this for 5400 during Prime Day deals, best price in this segment. Ease of assembly: Not so easy, go for installation assistance, which is 499 or go to a local mechanic who charges 300.

Extremely Poor Quality – Not Worth the Money at All I purchased this cycle on 5th November 2024 for ₹8,000, expecting it to be a reliable product for regular use. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Right from the time of delivery, the cycle showed serious defects. The gear system was faulty — it would not shift smoothly and often got stuck. I immediately contacted customer care, provided detailed explanations, and even sent videos showing the problems. Although they arranged for a technician visit after a few days, the repair done was only a temporary fix. Within a couple of days, the cycle started having even more problems. Repeated problems I faced include: • Pedal became extremely tight while riding, making it difficult and uncomfortable to pedal. • Steering handle bearings broke and the handle became stiff, affecting the cycle’s balance and control. • Gears stopped working again despite earlier repairs. • Tires kept getting flat, even with normal usage and no obvious cause. • The mudguard quality and durability was too bad. Was broken easily. I have had to repair the cycle two to three times every month, and each time it cost me both time and money. Till now, I have spent over ₹2,000 on repairs — that's 25% of the cycle’s original price within just a few months! When I reached out to customer support again explaining the repeated problems and my frustration, they offered only ₹500 as compensation, which is absolutely inadequate considering the amount I had already spent. Their after-sales service feels like they just want to get rid of complaints rather than actually solving them. Overall, my experience has been terrible: Very high maintenance costs. Low-quality components that fail repeatedly. Waste of money and constant stress instead of the enjoyment a cycle should bring. I would strongly advise anyone considering this cycle to stay away from it. There are far better options available in the market for the same price or even less. I regret trusting this brand and I hope others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Very good product in this price a ride Beyond Expectations! The Urban Terrain Cycle turned out to be everything I had imagined—and more. 7th in rear and 3rd in front gear not working

Review after 2 weeks:- The cycle arrived earlier than the scheduled date in Amazon. Installation scheduled in next 2 days. The technician arrived on time, did a quick installation and went. The installation was good. The ride quality is good with gears. I had a small issue with gear shifting, i raised a call with Cultsport and a technician came next day. He made some fine tuning and explained the proper shifting sequence so that the chain and the gear wheels doesn't get damaged soon. I had trouble in shifting from 1st to 2nd gear on the front, the chain kept dropping. But later managed to do it. In the rearside, shifting from 7th Gear to 6th gear was an issue, but got solved after the tuning by the technician. The packaging and the delivery was good, but i got the rear reflector (red colour) broken. :( As many mentioned in the reviews, the seat is not comfortable at all. It's time for Cultsport to look into the seat design and update. I'm using a seat cover, but still find it difficult. Build is strong, posture is good. Tyres are also good. Rest everything is good about the bicycle. Overall the cycle has a pretty impressive look and looks stylish and good for long distance. I'm clocking 15kms daily on an average in 35-50 mins. 3 months subscription to the cultsport app is a wonderful thing along with the cycle. I had scheduled for a yoga session and it was done by Uma Saini. She was very puntual and the session was wonderful. She covered a variety of asanas in half hour and concluded with a small meditation. Some breathing excercises if included could also be beneficial. Surprisingly, I got a call from dietician named Surya A, she had enquired my current health condition and my targets and proposed a daily food course to follow. She also was interested in following up that the plan is available and visible on the app, and whether i'm tracking on it. The app also provides information about the local weekend bike ride tours and it was so great..
