I bought this product in March 23 from Amazon and received a defective RAM. As this product marked as non returnable, amazon refused to take it back suggested to visit service center for any support but there is no service center in the city where I live currently so I informed about the issue to Amazon and conversation started this conversation continued around 1.5 months. In this duration Amazon assured me multiple times that my amount will be refunded but it never happened. At last I got fed-up with a long conversation, I left that.This was the worst experience of mine with the Amazon.So conclusion is thatDon't buy any products from Amazon which is listed as non returnable and non refundable.
