Great orthotic
I shopped around for a similar orthotic, one that looked almost identical was selling for almost USD$500.When I received this orthotic, it was similar in build and look and feel except for the price which is a fraction of what it is sold in specialized orthotic centers. The Metatarsal pad is perfectly located to support the ball of the foot so I got instant relief of my continuous pain in the ball of the foot.I am going to order the same for every shoe I have.

Item's good, but be aware that's not allowed to exchanged or returned
Item as described, delivery fast, however the size's small for me, my regular size 38 and length fits exactly, yet wish the insoles will be even little bit longer, because the midsole cushion is to close to my heel (I have customized insoles, I compered with them) so it a pity that I can't use them and exchange to another size

If this is your first time with this kind of orthotic, ease into it. There is an adjustment period.
I have high arches and suffer from Morton's Neuroma if I wear shoes without proper arch support. My podiatrist recommended an orthotic like this for me, and I purchased ones made by New Balance. I remember when I first got them, that they were a little uncomfortable to walk on (like you have a big rock in your shoe). My doctor said to take it slow at first with this type of orthotic and wear it for a few hours a day. Eventually you get to the point that you do not even realize that they are there (except that your neuroma inflammation no longer rears it's painful , ugly head). I got some new shoes recently, and wanted the same style orthotic. The New Balance one's are great, but they cost more than the shoes. I thought I would give this one a try, and I'm very happy to report that they work well, and appear to be just as good as the much more expensive New Balance orthotic. I've not had them long enough to comment on their durability, but they look to be of very good quality, and at this price point, even if they last 1/3 the time as my other orthotic, I will be money ahead. I noticed that the negative reviews all mention that the "bump" in the middle of the orthotic caused pain. I think that is just a normal part of the acclimation process for most people. If this is your first time with an orthotic like this, gradually build up the time you wear it, and soon you will not even notice the bump. I hope this review helps your decision making.

Walkomfy insole.
I like the shape. It’s ok ! Don’t like the positioning of the pad, cause it doesn’t target the specific area. But so far it’s ok.

Ouch! Just awful.
I couldn’t even walk in these. Masive “bulb” like thing that sits under the ball of the foot. Why??

Great for RNs!
I’m an RN and I had a 12 hour shift last night. These are awesome, I didn’t come with my feet throbbing like normal. Great value, would highly recommend!
