I don't see a size chart. How do I know what size to get? I'm female; left hand tip of finger to wrist = 7.5"; across palm = 3.25"

Are the fingers long on these? I have narrow hands and long fingers so, I'm concerned they may be loose.

Hand orientation- does this mean which hand you would wear the glove on or which way you play?

How much do these stretch? between sizes...size up or down?i have pushed through the medium size fingers. you have a med/large size listed also.
