I am giving it 3 stars because its good quality but I don't know anyone who would take the time to wrap this long thing around them every day so not sure of its practicality

Doesnt work if u have a bulging tummy, doesnt serve the purpose...will be good for people with less tummy...Also the length of the wrap is something u need to be careful about while ordering..
