This is amazing and it’s spicy 🌶️ if you ever visit Thailand grab some for much cheaper!

This has wonderful balance of heat and flavor. Nice complexity. I use this to stir into homemade dal, chili, soups and pasta dishes. While everyone has their own spicy preference level, I feel this is a great product as you can use more or less depending on how much heat you need.

I'm writing this in case it helps anyone. I ordered this thinking it was going to be chili flakes; after all, it's part of the description. However, it's almost entirely ground chilis, with very few flakes. It's not as fine as a powder, it's a bit more coarse. However, for what I use them for (pizza and pasta), it was finer what what I wanted. The product is totally fine if ground chilis are what you are looking for.

I use this all the time in my Thai food.

The whole package is in another language presumably Thai. I don’t read or speak Thai. So I carelessly put like half a tablespoon into a pot of Thai curry simmer sauce. My mouth was spewing fireworks on the 4th. High quality spice so just go easy with until you learn how much you actually enjoy. Enjoy!

I love Thai spicy but this is not spicy at all. I'm very disappointed.

Khaothong ground chili pepper - good stuff. Some of it is ground, some is flakes. I mainly use for Korean dishes: bibimbap, korean army stew, ramen dishes. Only con is it's in a bag so best transferred to a glass jar for fresh keeping.
