Cefaly Dual Enhanced | Migraine Treatment and Prevention Device | Drug-Free, Easy to Use, Migraine Headache Relief Anytime, Anywhere

I was having 21-25 migraines a month, I tried this device out of desperation and it has worked for me. I do the twenty minute preventive treatment every morning. In three months I have only experienced three migraines. Miraculous for me!Many migraines are caused by “leaky gut”, “hormone imbalances” or “triggers to the trigeminal nerve” ( for me these triggers were animal hair. Wood or cigarette smoke, dairy, nitrates, msg,…)Even though I have discerned my triggers over the years and try to limit exposure it is difficult to avoid all of the triggers all of the time. The Cefaly has enabled me to live a normal life and not experience a migraine when exposed to a “trigger”I highly recommend giving it a try!It is not painless, for me the first week was the worst, it felt like electrified bee stings were wrapping around my head, but my migraines were going away so I kept at it. Now daily use is just 20 minutes and only the last ten are somewhat uncomfortable, but nothing like the initial calming down of the overstimulated trigeminal nerve.I would also agree with the criticisms that the bright light on the front should be “remodeled” on the next version. Not a big deal in daylight, but in the dark it look like emergency vehicles are in the room! Still, this is worth a try if your migraines are trigeminal nerve related.

I bought this costly device, because it was advertised to really have a non drug treatment for the chronic migraines I have been having for over two years. I tried it with the help of physical therapist, who is very knowledgeable working with electrodes, We followed the directions perfectly and immediately the pain it caused was extremely painful, i felt like i was being injected with a 100 needles. No exaggeration, it was worse than have an extreme migraine. The real problem there was not a way to turn it down, only up. I wanted to return it immediately. When i went to Amazon site for making a return, I couldn't do it !! Because it was sold by another seller not Amazon. I had no recourse how to get my money back. I believe that Amazon needs to take some responsibility. I have been buying from Amazon a lot for at least twenty plus years. My physical therapist used to work for Amazon, dealing with unhappy customers. (we both live in Costa Rica) He is working for them again part time in a higher position. He told me that owner of Amazon, Jeff Bezospolicy was that no matter what the problem a customer had, the customer was ALWAYS RIGHT! The sales people were told to do anything to be sure that, the customer was satisfied. Even if it was sold to me by a different seller, it was on Amazon Site. If I get no positive response from Amazon, i will stop buying from them and let others know through all social media about my experience. I SINCERELY hope it doesn't come to that. I am not a indicative person, i just find this situation very upsetting.

I love cefaly! Such a great purchase. I get migraines in my left forehead region that occasionally goes into my eye. It feels great, is not painful and relaxes me when I use it. I use it right when I feel the migraine coming and so far it’s been successful at aborting the migraine. It does not work well if the migraine is 10/10 pain, you need to catch it before it gets severe. Cefaly is another great tool to add to your tool box.

This has made a big difference in my daughter's life. It takes some getting used to, and she is taking it slow still. Migraine episodes per month and intensity greatly reduced. I will ask her to review the Cefaly, also.

I purchased this device with high hopes. I have had Migraines all my life and have learned to live with them until an issue arose with my epilepsy in 2020 and my migraines went off the charts along with some other un expected issues. I received this device and I do feel it helped work for my migraines, however, it also increased my spike headaches and my myoclonus. If it were not for these other issues, I do think I would have experienced some relief. The device is worth a try in my opinion. 3 stars because I just can't believe i couldn't find that others didn't have this issue with their spike headaches.

I was hopeful for this device, unfortunately I have never managed to get mine to go into the preventative mode. I also haven't managed to let it reach anywhere near its highest level because it causes pain too soon. I don't know if it is just my skin type or something getting oily too fast, but even after cleaning and drying the forehead fully, it just feels like it is conducting way too much power and the current sometimes seems to target specific spots, so it starts to hurt there too much even if I just feel a light tingle somewhere else.Unfortunately even on the acute mode and stopping it very early at a low power level, it does not help my migraine headaches at all. Wouldn't recommend, personally. Ice and heat packs work better.

My wife is a migraine sufferer. When we Saenz this we thought it was some snake oil BS. We were wrong! It really helps alleviate her pain. Long term prevention is kinda hit and miss. It depends on trigger exposure. But for her it helps with acute symptoms.
