Genuine Toyota Parts - Spring Assy, Fuel Fi (77360-0R010)

My husbands spring for his gas tank door fell off and he was having a hard time opening it when it was time to fill up. I found this little spring that was a Toyota brand because he has a RAV4. It was very easy to install and works perfectly for his car. I’m not sure what other cars it will fit but it was perfect for the RAV4.

Item works well, as expected. Good quality, only took 5 seconds to install.

I purchased one from Auto Zone and it was not a right fit. Searched Amazon and came across this. It snapped right in and fits like a charm. It’s a small piece. I ordered my first one with a bunch of other items and lost the piece almost immediately. Ordered a second one placed on the car before I could misplace. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone in need.

Even though this product post doesn't have many pictures of this product, I took the chance. Amazon has this for $15, while eBay has it for $18, definitely save that $3 and order here! I don't necessarily know what the range of year makes and models these work with but I know it works for 2018-2022 models. Please make sure to be careful when installing, the central door hinge arch is easy to get on, but the opposite side which is supposed to tuck into the gas lid door is a little tricky but it definitely goes in. Works like a charm!, and fast shipping for the "omg I need it fixed now" mindsets:))))!!!!

This spring was absolutely perfect and made me feel so empowered that I was able to fix the gas door myself.

For the cost of this vs what Toyota wanted, WELL WORTH IT. Fit out 22 Rav4 and was a breeze to install. Perfect fit and performs flawlessly
