this is such an awesome gift for anyone interested in crocheting. lots of hooks (2 different sets) a ton of yarn. sure the balls are small but this is a learning kit. it has a small beginners instruction book which is really handy. the hooks are super durable and the case has lots of room for storage. over all if your interested in the hook this is an awesome kit.

I learned how to knit 25 years ago. I've always wanted to learn how to crochet. I bought this kit 2 years ago, tried a few times and gave up. I recently got it out again and watched a ton of YouTube videos and finally figured it out. The yarn isn't the best but it's great for practice. Has everything you need to get started. I've been crocheting a few different things and I'm having trouble keeping counts, Today I discovered there's row counters included in the kit and I'm laughing at myself for not realizing it sooner. You also get a pair of scissors which I didn't realize until today. Or maybe I saw them 2 years ago and forgot. 🤣 I appreciate all the different sizes of hooks I've been able to practice on a lot of different things with all the included tools.

I am so happy with this purchase! I can’t believe you get all of this stuff for such a an amazing price. This really covers everything! The booklet is helpful with step by step instructions! I would definitely buy this again. The yard is soft and such beautiful colors.

Bought this to help keep me busy. Wanted something that I could pick up and work on during my spare time when I'm watching TV or something. My sister-in-law crochets, and she always makes the coolest things, so I figured I would get a set and start trying. Everything in the kit functions as it should and works well. I feel like you are getting a ton of things at a good price point so the value for your money is there. The kit contained everything that one would need to start their crochet journey, but I will say it would be even better if there was a tension ring. That was my biggest complaint initially was that not being included, so I did eventually go in search of one because I just couldn't get the tension right and all of my chains were so inconsistent. The size of the box was a lot smaller than I expected for everything that came in it, but the design and the presentation was great. I think that this is a good buy for beginners. I gave it 4 stars only because the tension ring would have made this beginner box complete for me. Also, the yarn was nothing to write home about, very cheap, but again for a beginner it worked fine!

The reason I bought this kit is because it had all the tools I need and more to learn how to crochet. The yarn is cheap, yes, but the purpose of the kit is to use the cheap yarn to practice. There are plenty of places where you can get affordable yarn that’s sturdy. It’s been a year since I bought this kit and I throughout all the yarn 😭. I haven’t purchased a single hook or anything else besides yarn since buying this kit. The yarn needles are too thick so if you’re thinking to buy something, buy some metal yarn needles. When I need to weave in my ends the plastic ones provided in this kit are too big and create holes in my work (depending on the yarn I’m using). Overall it’s great to not spend a lot of money on getting the individual supplies and at least I have somewhere to hold everything! 10/10 recommend!

I purchased this crochet kit after purchasing and making an amigurumi kit and this kit is perfect for someone who doesn’t have all the basics for crocheting or for someone who is just starting out in crocheting like me because it comes with absolutely everything that you could need for crocheting even a pair of scissors and tape measure the kit comes with 15 50g skeins of yarn in a variety of colors and a hefty 21 crocheting hooks the rubber handle hooks come in the sizes 2.0 2.5 3.0 3.5 4.0 4.5 5.0 5.5 6.0 and the metal hooks come in the sizes 2.0 2.5 3.0 3.5 4.0 4.5 5.0 5.5 6.0 6.5 7.0 8.0 which are all the basic hooks you’ll need for projects as you can see I made my first granny square with a 4.0 rubber handle crochet hook that came included and the gray and sky blue yarn that was included it comes with other important accessories such as two types of stitch holders, needle point protectors, two different row counters as you can use one for rows and one for stitches, a few sewing needles for closing projects, a organizer for all of your accessories and a bag to hold all of your kit items the reason I really love this kit is because once you have finished all of the yarn included all you need to buy from here on out is YARN unless you’re wanting to create extremely chunky thick blankets then one or two more bigger sized hooks this crochet kit is like a one and done you buy it once and you have everything you need for and endless amount of crochet projects this is a big 10 out of 10 would recommend I’m grateful I found this kit in the beginning of my crochet journey as it would be way more expensive to buy all the items included in this kit separately at the price of $29.96 (10/23) when I bought this it is an amazing price for endless fun do not hesitate this kit is a must have for crocheters (lol if that’s even a word .. lol what do we call ourselves *ha ourselves* like I have been crocheting for long)

This is a really nice kit, is what I was thinking until trying to close back up the hook and accessory organizer. One of the clasp was broken, can’t be fixed with glue, and I don’t know if I broke it or it came like that. For it to be broken during unboxing was disappointing. All accessories and different size crotchet hooks is great, haven’t tried the yarn yet, but love the colors!

I had a very beginners knowledge of how to crochet but didn't know much. With this kit and a few online videos, I am well on my way to being completely addicted to crocheting. This kit has everything that you will need to get started. The yarn is not the best quality but it works great for learning. The scissors are super sharp, the hooks are a good quality and there are a few extras that I don't even know what they are... yet. If you're looking to start a new hobby that's lots of fun, I recommend this kit.

Like the selection of rolls of yarn but what happens if I need more of the one single color of yarn ? Hope I can find the exact same same color. Newbie Here LOL

Love it. The kit to hold all the crochet needles are being place nicely. The yard are all new. Now I can start my amigurimi for my friends and family. Just in time for Christmas
