Is the blade micro serrated?

There are two types kitchen devil kitchen knife has serrated edge. I think it is micro serrated. Kitchen devil utility knife has plain edge. I have gifted almost 25 kitchen devil kitchen knives to friends and family and the all love it. I have been using it since year 2000.

what country are these knives made?

I am not sure. The Kitchen Devil is originally a product of the United Kingdom. Fiskars purchased the company and Kitchen Devil is still based in the UK. My product was shipped from the UK and bears no mark from any country.
