Whole Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Pods Beans 14-16cm - Grade A - Vanilla Planifolia (10)

I recently purchased these vanilla bean pods. They are packed full with seeds and I was hopeful of a splendid result in the making of my Pear & Vanilla Bean Jam which I produce for a large supermarket where I live. I am a bit disappointed because for the amount of seeds the results are, I feel, below average. Why is this, I wonder. I will however persevere; maybe it is a bad year for this production!? So to sum up, these pods are full of promise but need to deliver a pronounced flavour equal to the amount of seeds inside. I am expecting great results from my next order so please make sure you research and choose your next deliveries carefully.
