A company that cares...
Not a complicated order (paint), however Southern Paint & Supply Company went the extra distance and set themselves apart. Packaging was perfect but with some fun surprises. On opening the box, I was greeted with a hand written note, "thank you," and a hand drawn cartoon of a Darth Vader like character. After lifting this lawyer away, there was a Starburst candy taped to the lid. Finally, the invoice also had a personal thank you. In a time of increasing automation, this was a welcome personal touch. Thanks!

Not good!
The can had burst.. Paint everywhere Looked like it had been wrapped with bubble wrap. To start with.

The color is WHITE!
It is WHITE! Wanted black like the color of the can. The label on the displayed picture is different than the real label and only part of the label is shown. The part of the label that says the color is not on the picture displayed. To return it they do not pay for postage which is expensive for a heavy can of paint!
