exceeded my expectations
This has proven to be an excellent product. I just installed about 650 sq ft of oak hardwood with this nailer and it has worked perfectly; just as well as professional units I've rented a few times over the years. It really liked the Canadian Tire brand of 1/2 inch wide by 1 3/4 inch long staples. I also used up some 2 inch long Bostich staples that were left over from a previous project with no issues. My old portable JobMate compressor that I bought from Canadian tire years ago was able to provide ample air pressure (80 PSI) to power the nailer. This unit has exceeded my expectations.

Very good purchase
Once you get the hang of the nailer, it's a pleasure to use. The only difficulty I experienced was removing the foot rest to retrieve a jammed stapler (caused when I hammered too lightly). Took about one hour to wrestle one bolt off with the L wrench. From my experience, caution is always check foot rest arrow before striking to ensure the nail goes in the tongue and not in middle of hardwood.

More bang for your buck.
First hardwood floor ever! Great product for an amazing price. 800ft2 and this nailer made it easy (or at least not too hard). The nails go in flush and deep. If you watch what you are doing and line everything up right there are no mistakes. I'll be doing lots more hardwood floors from here on in for my rental properties. Hard wood seems to have a better ROI and lasts longer they are much nicer looking and feeling.

Will recommend Freeman as I had just one jam while I laid down 3/4 oak hardwood floor approx 1300 sq feet with 2 inch cleats and the jam was my fault, only thing I found was the the 4 base allen screws were not fully tight if i did not have to clear the jam I don't know what would have happened. Worth the price.
