It's very easy to use and comes with clear instructions. I've used it daily for a week so far - It's certainly helped with my breathing and my SPO2 has increased from 90/92 average to 96/97 average.

I have had a similar product previously. This works fine and with 100 sachets it is a good value for money. Clears the nose fine as you would expect, and the bottle is more than big enough. There are several attachments too so suitable for adults and children. The attachments are comfortable.The only slight issue is that the stick on thermometer does peel off at times. Otherwise no issues.

Don't bother about the free salt normal cooking salt is just as good.Hospital told me put tepid pre boiled water in pint steralised jug add teaspoon of salt and one tea spoon food grade bicarbonate od soda mix well and add this to this bottle. It works great... you can use distilled water which is best or boil deminaralised water which is not pure but good if boiled first.I use filtered water and boil it and use the method above.The salt and food grade bicarbonate of soda mix was on a sheet given me by ear nose and throat department of my local hospital.

Thermometer' sticker is not working - you have to stick the sticker on the bottle, but the issue is, it is showing nothing when the water is way too hot, which is not very helpful. But aside from this, it is easy to use and good quality.

Erfüllt meine Erwartungen komplett. Stabiler Kunststoff, Bedienung durch Ventil im Boden sehr leicht, insb. wenn man keine Vorerfahrung mitbringt. Incl. 30 Salzportionen um direkt loszulegen.Besserung trat nach wenigen Anwendungen ein, bin sehr zufrieden.

Ero scettico a riguardo. Lo credevo un accessorio inutile poi l'ho provato e mi son ricreduto. Ottimo per chi soffre di sinusite. È molto pratico. Il prodotto in se è di buona fattura, i sali all'Interno li ho apprezzati molto perché si presentano in monodosi.
