Sea mineral excellence
The minute I opened the bag my goat immediately stuck her head in the bag and started munching away like it was candy. She has never reacted to minerals like this before. Great product. Now that its been a few days, she is still crazy about them. Excellent and essential product.

Goats need minerals, and they love these!
These mineral granules are terrific, and our goats like them much better than a salt lick. Recommended!

Great stuff
Goats love it. My sheep do eat a little but I am not too worried because I have only seen them take one lick at a time and my pasture is very depleted and still recovering from a bad drought year. I figure they need the other minerals too and none of my animals like the normal loose minerals. My girls were starting to show a little deficiency with dull coats. I added this stuff free choice along with kelp and baking soda and they are already showing signs of recovery. It is a small bag but goes a long way.

My picky goats won’t eat it.
Goats don’t seem to like it. They smell it and turn away.

Too pricey with less to offer
Way pricier and 3 pounds less than Manna Pro Goat Minerals, which comes with ammonium chloride to prevent calculi on bucks. I bought it because Amazon ran out of the Manna Pro and hasn't put it back in the store in over a month.

love it
My animals just loved this ...Some of them had fish tails ...iodine deficiency and this really helped get them out of it....i will definitely buy it again.

Good mineralized salt for goats
Goats seem to do well on it. Only have them on it for a year but no issues (they do have access to other supplements). Used Redmond salt for cattle and horses for years

Goats ate it up with feed and I am super impressed with fast delivery.

I gave it a three to try and be fair because I read reviews of other goats liking it, but mine do NOT.

My lactating goats have struggled for a few months with symptoms of mineral deficiency. I expected this to help them, but they hardly seem interested in it. I offer it free choice. I am surprised at the low copper content, and had I known prior to purchasing I wouldn't have. My goats show copper deficiency and I am searching for a different loose mineral in Canada that has a good copper content. "Master feeds" does have one and it's my next try. I hope this helps someone else who's searching for the right goat mineral. I spoke to Redmond Salt several times on the phone and they were extremely helpful. Their product just isn't what my goats need.
