Easy to use. Feels sturdy. No problems with the needles not penetrating the skin like some have reported. I use on face and hands and get pin prick bleeding and erythema as I'd hoped. Use hyaluronic acid as a glide serum.

Arrived In good packaging, works a dream I would recommend to any one. Just as good as expensive ones.

This product scared me a little at first as it's needle's in ya face but it doesn't hurt and I felt slightly red and tighter for a few hours after but it's feeling the benefit so it's fine lol👌I noticed my brown pigment patch had already faded after one use of the dermapen,

The pen just vibrates , hence it’s not a micro needling pen , where needles are go in and out . Please stay away from this product as you will damage your skin.

Really impressed with this item. Hesitated to buy one as was scared of using but actually really easy to use and very effective even after 1 use.I used the nano tip first then moved on to the next size and kept it at 0.25.My face was red the next day so allow down time and use plenty of serum or what ever your using so it glides.Decent device for the price.

After reading the positive reviews I thought I would give it a try.Does not go in and out as stated. Had it on the 2mm and it didn't even puncture the skin. It just rattles and vibrates.
