This is perfect for my needs especially being Non-GMO and Gluten Free and Sugar free. It tasted great.

This is a high quality, delicious cornmeal. I love that it is GMO and organic!

Makes delicious cornbread. The plainess suites me because the mixes are too sweet and more like desserts. I am gluten intolerant.

The grain texture is fine and when cooking as a hot cereal because it’s organic it form much faster. Off the chart when making cornbread.

Makes the BEST corn bread bar none.

1 cup of Doudla Cornmeal and 1/2 cup of your favorite bread flour, with a cup of milk and an egg, in a 9 inch cast iron Lodge pie pan makes a wonderful bread. It does not make a crumbly traditional southern style cornbread. I avoid arguments so I don't even call it Cornbread. I just call it a wonderful bread with corn flour. I'm a lover of the land so anything to help.

The only cornmeal I use. Tasty and pure! I am glad it is a more fine cut, as the medium cut types hurt my teeth.

I have only used this product for making Porridge. The first time I ordered I was happy and so I reordered 2 bags. What I have come to realize is, the quality is inconsistent. This time around no matter how much corn meal I added to liquid (or liquid to cornmeal), my porridge still came out watery, you could serve it through a baby's bottle insteading of eating with a spoon. This also means I did not get the serving amout I should have gotten from a bag. I have been making porridge since I was a child, this is not a case of having too much liquid. The quality is inconsistent. If you are using it for making corn bread you might have a better experience, but that's not what I bought it for. Very disappointed.
