I believe the difference is in calories per serving. Enlive has 350 calories. Plus has 250. Compare the ingredients of each to be sure.

Q: How many bottles can you drink a day?

As many as you want they have a lot of calories and protein I use it for lunch sometimes dinner too but if I drink to many I end up needing to use the potty more I drink as much as 3 a day to 1 . I get hungry in the middle of the night and I will drink one to bring my blood sugar up.
