As a runner, this is perfect to have in a smoothie, water, milk, whatever you want. It actually tastes so good and has lots of protein. It also has electrolytes, and has a good amount of product for the price. I definitely recommend!

I mix with almond milk and find this to be one of the better tasting shake powders out there. Watch the carbs, it’s 30g per serving.

I would absolutely not recommend this product. For starters, it is just simple whey protein with some L-glutamine. No BCAAs or other additives besides this, so i’d consider the mix overpriced. I was hoping that the flavor of this would be like the older Chocolate Recovery Brew (which had great flavor) but it falls short there too. This tastes like chocolate on the front end and this weird chemical sourness on the back. Not good at all. Spend your money elsewhere, I certainly will be
