(I often find that items from Amazon and other online sites arrive earlier than anticipated).3) Packing: Sustainable cardboard box; item itself was in a thin cellophane wrapping, and so quite sustainable packing. Item arrived in perfect condition. There was no smell when I unwrapped it.4) Dimensions: 38 length cm x 38cm width x 38cm height (when lid is on), as in listing.5) Assembly: Very easy. The base is square and can be orientated in any direction. Just spread the sides of the box gently so that they straighten and then insert the base; need to ensure it's pushed down evenly and as far as it will go. The sides will then be as stable as possible. All four sides do move inwards slightly if pushed a little, but the lid fits on securely. There is a tab on the base which helps you remove it if you ever need to fold the Ottoman.Material: Although the description mentions "faux leather", all the covering is good-quality crushed velvet. The interior is of a black synthetic material.Seams: There is a seam running down the fabric on each of the two folding sides.Corners: The lid is well-upholstered, and so the corners aren't sharp.I was delighted to receive this item!

Was super pleased with this lovely looking Ottoman storage box. The perfect size for a what I wanted It for and nice and sturdy! Needed more storage for bedding, can fit 3 double bed sets and 3 kingsize bedsets in there easily,. with a little room to spare. Super easy to assemble and the crushed velvet silver colour looks fab, matches my bedroom decor perfectly. Really well packaged and arrived on time. Very happy with my purchase :)

These crushed velvet storage boxes are brilliant, especially if you don't have much storage space. I got them to store bedding in. They are very luxurious and really sturdy and extremely easy to put together. Would highly recommend these.

Great value arrived quickly

Just what I wanted. Lovely colour, great you can sit on it. Looks much more expensive than it was and holds loads. Look ess than 5 minutes to put it up. It's gorgeous.
