Love this bag great for traveling. I have owned a different color for years. It’s made to provide support without killing your back or shoulders. It’s made of a sturdy material and I have washed mine in the washer multiple times. It’s very roomy, I have used it as an overnight bag on many occasions. Great bag, excellent price.

I've been using a soft attache style bag for my laptop, but it's not really my preference. I'm partial to a messenger bag over a briefcase or a backpack. Better still, give me one I can sling crossbody. Hard to find just what I wanted, though. I had one I liked but it was too small for my laptop. Then, it finally occurred to me that I should look to see if that specific company had a larger size rather than just plugging words into Amazon's search bar.So, what I found was that the cool bag I've been wearing on my hip for thirty years (yes, it's that durable) was actually meant to be a backpack. HA! What can I say? Never once thought about wearing it on my back. On my hip, it's accessible without removing it and I can even wear it in the car. I also found that the one I had was their medium size. The pocket configuration is a little different on the large size (carry all), but the general shape is the same and it fits my laptop plus several other things just fine.Looking forward to getting plenty of use out of both for the next several decades at least.

I have never traveled overseas before and did not have the experience to know exactly what type of luggage would be easiest to use when flying and traveling on trains. I'm nearly 70 and was concerned with how well I would be able to lift and juggle a carry on, a cross-over bag and a medium sized suitcase. I wanted to fit 3 days of clothing in the carry on bag and the reviews for the Extra Large AmeriBag indicated it would work well. I found that I could fit 3 days of travel needs in the bag, but I found it to be heavy and awkward when having to juggle my other luggage. It doesn't sit squarely on ANYTHING (such as a suitcase), and flops over or off. And I had difficulty positioning it comfortably on my shoulders & back. It was a real detriment when getting off or on a train while wrestling a medium sized suitcase. One almost never walks directly onto an Italian train. There are always steps, often accompanied by large gaps. I would have been better served by a backpack. The Extra Large bag has a multitude of useful pockets and is well made. It might work as a weekend bag for someone who packs very lightly.

Fits 2 laptops, all the cords, several chargers, a spare phone, a plannerfolio, reading glasses, a large tin, and all without making my back ache.

Might be fine for light items on level ground. But on hills swings around on your back

When trying to find a lightweight bag to use for travel I found what is called the "Baby Bag Tote Backpack". I wanted a bag that is good looking, comfortable to wear/carry, and will hold lots of stuff for daytime travel needs. The well-organized AmeriBag HB2 fits the bill. There are three large external zippered pockets and two zippered interior pockets as well as some open top interior pockets. The adjustable shoulder strap is well padded and lined on the underside with a slip resistant material. My preference was an all black bag as I did not care for the combination of color with contrasting black on the alternatives.
