This one makes a perfect blue / purple tea.But the residue of the powder is left behind and it’s hard to even filter it out. Hugh makes it a bit hassled to use

I ordered this product because the regular ceremonial grade matcha that I drink was out of stock.The description of the product seemed encouraging which is why I ordered it. Boy was I in for a SHOCK!The colour isnt the deep bright green that one associated with a good quality matcha. The powder is not smooth. It is lumpy unlike the good quality matcha that I have been drinking since 2 years.It doesnt have the fragrance of good quality matcha. I really had to sniff a lot to get a mild hint of aroma.The depth of taste and the smooth rich texture that one gets from a great ceremonial grade is also lacking.This product is a waste of money! In fact it sad that a lot of first time matcha drinkers will be buying this product and get the wrong idea of what matcha is like.Pathetic! I was deeply disappointed!
